Dirigí una institución de educación inicial durante 10 años en Venezuela — desde los 3 meses hasta los 7 años, con pleno cumplimiento regulatorio. Ese trabajo me enseñó que el criterio no se enseña en un aula tradicional: se construye en la experiencia.

Young StudyOS nació de una pregunta concreta: ¿qué necesita aprender un joven latino antes de que la IA decida por él? Diseñé este programa. Yo lo facilito. Entiendo exactamente a quiénes estás formando — porque soy parte de esta comunidad.

I'm Heiddy Toledo, founder of WakIA. Venezuelan educator and entrepreneur based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I ran an early childhood institution for 10 years in Venezuela — from 3 months to 7 years old, in full regulatory compliance. That work taught me that real judgment isn't built in a traditional classroom: it's built through experience.

Young StudyOS was born from a concrete question: what does a Latino teenager need to learn before AI starts deciding for them? I designed this program. I facilitate it. I understand exactly who you're forming — because I'm part of this community.
